already used it. sold a sat meter and the guy gave me a neutral because he wanted a charger that wasnt available by me. Then I buy one as an agreement to make it positive and the d!ck won't change it and ebay is refusing to help all though he used the feedback system against me. Just more ebay BS

Wow, thanks for the heads-up on that change! I'm not a big fan of leaving it up to eBay to take any steps against the buyer/abuser (presumably it would take several instances being reported?)
I would still rather be able to leave abusive buyers a negative, but it's a step in the right direction.
