Is it just me or did rates go up?
Is it just me or did USPS insurance rates increase on Oct 1st? I recently sold some more cards on Ebay and the insurance rates changed from Sept 30th to the cards I shipped Oct 1st or later.
Anyone else notice or know of an increase?

Do you print your shipping labels through Ebay? If so, then the default insurer is not the USPS themselves it is a third-party called ShipCover. ShipCover increased their prices effective October 1st.
