Not too familiar with this issue, looks good to me. Looking for the board experts to chime in! It does look like scan is cropped strange, but it is the best scan I have to go by

Not taking into account any alterations that might not be able to be seen it looks real to me from the scan.

That on the back looks like archival paper tape... And the card looks like a real one. Nice card!!
