Good luck to any of you all bidding on Sports-Vault (425) items... hope you can outbid J***A (13) and Y***T (private).... but if you dont, you might get a second chance offer, like the third bidder on the Ty Cobb Maple Crispette. There's always different ways to protect your investment, again, nothing illegal.... just so obvious.

It appears they sold the same cards in Jan (Completed Listings - 1/9/12). Maybe the winner has already consigned them back.

I talked to the guy and he said they wanted too long to pay, a bunch of bs. It is pretty funny that someone signed up today and mysteriously is the high bidder and only has 100% of his bids with the seller.

Seems like the Nichols is worth 2500. Are you saying they are bidding on their own to ensure nothing goes too low?
