Help with an Aaron plaster plaque...

Picked this Hank Aaron plaque up via the 'bay and wanted to see if anyone knew if this was made as a one-off by an artist or craftsmen or perhaps many were made for retail. Measures 9" by 12" and is made of heavy plaster. Dated "5-6-74" and "AARON" on the back.
