I posted pictures of this in a thread on the home/card side in the "Antique Mall Finds" thread. I hunt around looking for interesting things, and when I found this, I wanted it immediately.
The first thing I noticed was the catcher had no glove- late 1800's? I'm posting it over here to see if anyone else has seen something like this- or collects items like this. It is done by some type of needlepoint. It has that "old" smell that some raw T206 cards have. Could this be from the late 1800's? Width about 12 inches across, height almost 7 inches top to bottom. Any feedback would be appreciated- Thanks. Sincerely, Clayton Last edited by teetwoohsix; 03-07-2011 at 10:46 PM. Reason: spelling |

Hi Clayton
Its a modern piece. I have one as well. I forget who made them, but they were sold in the 1980s and 90's Matt
