Default OT: The advantages of having your own television show.

You can get $142.50 for a Hackensack High School pennant in rotten shape.

Or how about $500 for a pin that routinely sells for 1/10th that price

How about this Apollo 11 pennant which is still running and has been bid up to $101.67 with two days to go.....

or you could just hit the BIN on the same exact pennant for $19.99 from this seller...the seller has two of them..get them both for $39.98.

Don't you think that the Hackensack pennant is worth that price after it's autographed by Mike and Frank? Seriously I love the show but would never consider bidding on anything they are selling.

I absolutely love the show too...I'm just stunned that people are willing to pay 10x the going rate for an item just because it was on TV or owned by the American Pickers.

Saw the episode where they bought the pennants. They got a stack of miscellaneous pennants for $25.00. Mike told the woman that he would be lucky to get $5 to $10 a piece for them.
