Hoping to get some help on this Roush bat. 34 inches, no chips or cracks, appears to have some ball marks. A store model correct? Any help would be appreciated.

Toby-
I believe this is a store model (but I could be wrong) as the 1925 booklet, "The Knack of Batting" by H & B shows what appears to be the same bat for sale on page 35 (price 2.00). The only difference is that the Trademark information below the center label is not visible in the pamphlet. I am guessing that is only because of the photo of the bat in the pamphlet. Still a really nice bat and the condition looks nice as well. Alan |

The 40 ER in the label indicates that this model was available to the public. If I were buying a Roush bat, I would look for one that looked like a bottle bat, weighed roughly 40 ounces, and showed some lathe marks on the knob and barrel end. But the stamping on your bat looks good, and I think it is a desirable bat.
