Errant "Snipe Outbid Notice" Email
Some of you may have received an errant email telling you your snipe amount was outbid, when, in fact, it wasn't. If your snipe won the item, you got an email to that effect ("successful purchase") and it will show in your "won items" page. You can also check the item bid history.
This is just an errant email and did not actually effect any bid execution. issue should be resolved now. Last edited by Matt; 01-26-2010 at 08:44 AM. |

Hi Matt,
I won a couple of auctions, I believe one of them via snipe and I didn't receive an email. Was I supposed to receive some communication? Thanks - Rob

Rob - I show the system having sent you 6 emails last night (your hotmail account) on a number of listings. Maybe check your SPAM folder?
