Default Show variations

Here's one of my favorites, the large and small projection versions of Hosp from the 1914 Zeenut set. What is/are your favorites?

Default The T206 Joe Doyle....the ultimate variation

Here are three variations of the same T206 card

1st PRINTING (error)......circa..late 1909......To date, only 7 cards of this variation are known

[linked image]
(re..REA auctions)

2nd PRINTING......circa..early 1910......approx. 13 % of the Joe Doyle cards have this "mark"

PRINTER's MARK [linked image]
Remnant of "N" in Nat'l......................................./\

3rd PRINTING......circa..mid 1910

[linked image]

Technically, this version is still in error, since "Amer." was not added after the "N. Y."

All 3 of the E97 Sullivans (note the color SGC is actually Chicago and not Boston, contrary to the flip).

Default High calibre for those with calipers

You have to love a set (1933-36 Zeenut) where the vast majority of the variations are size of image differences where the use of a pair of calipers is pretty much mandatory.

Most Zeenut collectors know about the Sepia variations found on many 1915 cards, but I haven't heard too much about the 1922's...here are a few I have found...

There are a few others too but you get the picture...

Both yellow examples are missing a layer of color (red).
