Believe it is part of the R312 series. I have seen it before on ebay and think there may be one on there now.

1936 National Chicle I believe there are color versions from the same set

That PSA scan is of a R313 Fine Pen. The "colorized" photo is R312. They share some images like the Altrock/Schacht, but they are totally different sets, not two versions of the same set.
