Default Our board members' publications: a listing

i've been on this board for 5+ years and have been amazed at the wealth of vintage knowledge available. I have been helped by several members through their posts, emails, phone calls, and publications. As a long time academic, it has been especially important for me to realize what a remarkable community of scholars this board offers. Groundbreaking theories, well-researched theses, illuminations of uncharted territories, and clarifying elucidations of some amazing mysteries have arisen from the efforts of this board. Significant collaborations have grown out of this board's acumen and camaraderie. Many of our hobby's journals and magazines have been filled with the words coming from this fine membership.
It dawned on me that it would be helpful to know the published writings of hobby materials by authors from our membership. I believe that it will not only revivify some of the best of our old conversations but make way for new collaborative research efforts.
***Please tell us what you have published in the area of our hobby.
List one or list them all but let's get started.
I'll begin.
"The Centennial Celebration of T206: A Collector's Personal Reflections"
Spring 2009 vol.4 issue 3,pp. 4-7, SGC Collector Magazine, Barry R. Arnold

I wrote an article in almost every one of the first 15 or so VCBC's; the list is a bit long but anyone with a complete set can see them. Some topics include Peck and Snyders, Harry Wright Scorebooks, Joseph Hall cabinets, Mort Rogers scorecards, a checklist of Alexander Cartwright, Henry Chadwick, and Harry Wright photographs, and my absolute favorite on Vintage and Rare Baseball Books. There are others, but I would have to look them up...and I'm lazy.

I also have an article or two in The Old Judge, and wrote a couple for SCD, but those aren't worth much.

Almost forgot: I also collaborated on an article with Corey Shanus for Stephen Wong's Smithsonian Baseball, on collecting 19th century baseball memorabilia.

I knew Barry the First would have quite a list.
Impressive.
When you get a burst of energy(you're a year younger than I), a bibliography would sure help 'cause i'm hopin' that we'll end up with a detailed list for posterity. Perhaps there's a grad. asst. who could help provide it!
