Is this a betting form for the 1915 World Series?
Could this be a betting form? The two rosters correspond with those in the 1915 World Series, but the columns don't match those on a box score. The focus seems to be on the total number of runs and hits a player accumulates over a two-game span. Any help offered is very much appreciated.

It's a DraftKings fantasy sports sheet - they have gone old school to compete with FanDuel. Pick your players, pick your game - you could win a Million, though not sure how it works considering everyone is dead..anyway..seriously, not sure, but could it be a piece of a board game?
