OJs with holes in corner of card???
I searched the forum twice (with no luck) to see if this has been brought up or not and if someone knows where it is, please direct me.
I've seen several OJs with little punched holes in the corner. What is the story behind this? I know that some cards had their coupons removed for an item or something when brought to the store but anyone know about this hole? |

May or may not be what you are talking about but in the mid 80s a group of several hundred came out of Tennessee and had been nailed in the corners by very small nails. I still have a Comiskey. They had been nailed (neatly) on to a large sheet of wood.

Back in the day, it was common for kids to punch holes in the corner of their cards and then tie them all together with a piece of string. That may be what you've got.

yes i think so, the hole is perfectly round almost like it belonged there, not like a nail hole...guess they didnt have bikes yet to stick the cards in the spokes.
