It's been awhile since we've had one of these. Anyone got anything new they care to share? I'll show my partial T201 signed set (okay, that's a bit of a stretch)! Show 'em if ya got 'em...

Question related to this: When did autograph collecting on cards really start to become popular? You can find the 1933 Goudeys, but I'm wondering how many of those were signed back in the day as opposed to acquired later when cards started taking off. Several of those players were still alive in the 1990s and 2000s.
I'd be interested in knowing when collecting autographs on cards really became a thing. Obviously, signed T-206s are pretty rare. My guess is that it wasn't until a candy/gum issue since those were really geared toward kids.

There's something awesome about this autograph...it's just so perfect in my mind, even though I don't really collect autographed cards. By the way, that Joe D. is insane! The person who slabbed that thing should be fired though!

For the most part, T206s were signed in the 1960's-early 1970's I believe.....

Here's one of my pre-war autographs. I'll try and scan the other card and post it soon.
