Hi everyone. If I were to get a hat autographed which pen/sharpie would you recommend? What would fade the least on a hat? I’m looking to buy a Federer hat for a gift.
Appreciate the advice! |

That black and silver one looks a lot nicer to me than that red hat with black sig.

For me the biggest consideration is how well will the signature hold up. So for my money a black fade resistant Sharpie is what I use when the surface calls for a Sharpie. I have seen silver Sharpie deteriorate over time on a cap. Red holds up well and tends not to bleed like a white cap.

Silver sharpies suck for about everything. Go with the silver/black combo BUT use a silver or white deco, NOT a sharpie
