If you set your best offers to automatically reject offers under a certain amount, does Ebay let you know when someone makes an offer under that amount?

if you check your listing daily it will show any declined offers if any and the amount they offered , you can see who made an offer and even send them them a message

I just checked again and I do not see what David is talking about. There is no setting that shows declined offers (that I can find). The only way to see offers that were declined is to go into each individual item. After an offer is automatically declined, the column offer resets to 0.
