I ran across this national database, which apparently, law enforcement and other agencies can use to track/check on registered stolen goods. Apparently this is free for us to use with registration. Law enforcement agencies are able to use this site and file registration numbers of goods stolen - if requested by the individuals filing a police report.
Apparently, items tracked need a registration # and I assume (although I have not tried) that card registration #'s will work. Directions are on the web site: www.tracechecker.com. As a disclaimer - I have no association with the site but thought this info could be useful. Z Wheat |
