I know I'm not the Mike you are referring to, but I run a CBS Sportsline bracket pool every year for $10 (one bracket per person). Everything is done online and you can track the standings after each game and also look at everyone's bracket as well (once the tourney starts and they are locked in). I pay out the top two, possibly three if we get enough players.
Super easy and just as fun as it sounds. If anyone is interested, you can shoot me a PM...all I need is your email address so you can get invited. I believe last year I had around 25 people, but I'm hoping to get closer to 40-50 this year.
