I am sure there are more educated and scientific responses, but my general "feel" from collecting the monster goes that it would fall somewhere in the order of
Wagner Plank Magie Ohara / Demmitt var Lundgren / Dahlen next group of variations which would include Browne Wash Southern Leaguers.... Not incredibly common, but probably ten a year show up on BST, and at least a couple at any given time on Ebay, generally with very high BINS
