Some Help on a 1916 Postcard please...
I bought this several years ago and I just came across it while going through some storage. Anyway, I remember the seller stating that the fellow batting was the Babe. So what can you guys tell me about it as well as the value.

Relatively common postcard. I've never heard anyone claim the batter was Ruth though. Usually sells for around $50-$100 depending on condition.

Always claimed to be Babe, never proven and very common.

Compared to the catcher who is crouching the batter looks a little short to be the Babe.

however
Obviously going to be almost impossible to definitively identify the batter as Ruth but it certainly looks like his stance, if not his stature.

In 1916, Babe had a very athletic physique, and had not yet acquired his big belly. The batter doesn't look like a 20 year old Babe to me. Max
