Fine. Sorry. It's not the money. This situation could have gone in another thread then....I know you are a good person by the tone of your posts and emails. I think it's communication most times that doesn't happen, and makes things worse. I am not taking up for a poor situation. I have had them and they suck...take care

Jason,
I did contact you personally. You never responded. That showed me, 1.) You really didn't want to be contacted and 2.) You had no answers for your behavior.

BTW. I came to your defense until the posts got childish. My e-mail was dated April 15th.

In Rememberance of James W. Brennan Sr. 1924-1982. Dad, thanks for everything you did for me.

Joe-

All due respect I cannot believe that. I answer all emails or calls eventually. There are alot of reputable people here than can back that up. I think you are just making things up like alot of your buddies on the CU forum. I never recieved a call or email from you. Nice try. Do some research, get some facts then post. Try doing it directly next time instead of on the forum.

I just now put your CU thread TTT over there. That way we can let those that want too see for themselves when Joe emailed you and all the other stuff.

In keeping with the original spirit of the post i too welcom Kit to the boards. I am willing to let it go.

Jason,
I didn't want anything for free. I thought the buyer was in the wrong in the first place and sided with you that he waited to long and it was his tuff luck. I have no problem with you not sending his free card because he spaced it out again for 5 weeks. My problem was, it's bad business to air dirty laundry and berate a customer ( albeit a poor customer) on these boards that probably bring you more business than you think. If you feel the need to reply, My name is Joe.

Jason, I think you better have your facts straight.

In Rememberance of James W. Brennan Sr. 1924-1982. Dad, thanks for everything you did for me.

That is very nice of you and commendable. Thanks. That is what I hope is the spirit of the hobby and this board. I wish more folks would be nice to one another. You made my evening. Now if we can get a few others to wave a truce flag we'll really be gettin' somewhere....I think Jay said he only dislikes that Bobby touts his site on here...and Bobby says lets all be friends.....Since Bobby has agreed not to post his site url or avatar anymore that's another one down...... best regards

Fine Joe-

I did not realize that was you that sent the email. If you knew the facts on what transpired I am sure you would definitely side with me on the issue if you have any integrity. However, I do AGREE that I did not handle my responses the best way on the CU board. I tried to even further make it right by showing all the negative people I would honor my integrity as a seller by offering all parties involved a free prewar card. Then everyone seemed to take off with that and make more juvenile wise-cracks. I do admit while I was 100% not in the wrong, I should have ignored the garbage and never posted. Well I suppose I let them get to me a bit and I wanted to blow off some steam. Anyway.....does that make me so bad considering how they carried on? It is still funny nobody on there had the balls to call me directly and address the issue. Anyway.....let's drop it and move on. I know what kind of people WINPITCHER hails from. I have seen his ramblings elsewhere.

Welcome Kit--please feel free to post, but don't forget to duck and cover, at least from time to time

Steve, thanks for the link to the other forum--very enlightening reading.

Joe, next time you post here as Joe and sign in as 2deuces, don't expect people to remember an e-mail you sent all of a week ago, with the header:

From: "joe" <twodueces22@yahoo.com>
Subject: I'm 2dueces on CU.

That's way too ambiguous, and you should expect to hear that you're making it up--you and your CU buddies

Had one problem with an eBay item - his guy called and straightened it out right away. I have had MANY dealings with Kit over the years and they have always worked out great! See guys - I don't bash every dealer or auction house - ONLY the ones who deserve it!!! In my book, Kit is an honest and fair guy. I wouldn't care recommending him to anyone.

also for bringing this up here.

I wasn't happy with my transaction but I know I wouldn't of mentioned it if Steve wasn't commented
about so negatively by this Jason person (whoever he is). I'll go back to my little corner now.

Tony

Jason,
As you see my e-mail was friendly and tried to help you not lose any more customers. I did know the facts and I did side with you as you can see by my posts on CU. I think we can put it behind us at this point. Joe

Fine. Done deal. Moving on. I just think if people would have known the facts then I would not have been so bashed. I tried to enlighten but maybe handled it the wrong way.

"Anyway.....let's drop it and move on."

But only after 1 final dig at me huh jason?

Why jason? you afraid that people seeing what you wrote over there will show your true colors?

No one wanted what you were selling jason, not that they had no balls.

sorry to derail the thread even further.

Please take the time to read Jason's responses, and MINE who admitted I was wrong. Then he decided to send me a "free" t206 which never came, even after he received my check. Then he gave me a NEG on ebay, and glaoted about it. 33 43 whatever age he is, it was kinda childish. please keep in mine I did originally have the title "problem with V*i and have since changed it. FYI winpitcher is the one who NOTIFIED Jason of the thread to try and make peace, looks like it blew up in Steve's face.

Ted-

Post your email. You will not get sympothy here. You used 3 different addresses and if you would have been cooperative you would have got a free card. Instead your juvenile tired on the CU forum got you the neg that you well deserved. Should have paid for the card within 5 weeks and answered your first 3 payment reminders and this would never have happened. I am done posting about this nonsense.

Leon-

Lock this thread if you see fit. I am done commenting on this. This is stupid to bring up here on this forum.

Thanks
Jason
