PSA Flip Scanner for Iphone Working

I was finally able to figure out how to get this working. Ok....well I actually got it to work by accident the first time but then it was all down hill.

If you have an iphone you can download an app called Zbar. It reads interleve 2of5 which is what the flips are encoded with.

You turn your phone sideways since its a wide code....then you have to align the left edge of the bar code to the left of your screen, not centered like one would think. Its a little finniky but ultimately does work

Bam. You get the number and can make sure it matches the number on the card.

I tried using it on some screens on the computer and I think that the resolutions are just not good enough to do. in theory with a clear enough scan it should work. tried against one or two and couldn't get it. If someone has some that are super clear let me know and i will try it out.

If we can get that maybe then we can examine some flips and figure out if some cards are fake slabs.
