I do not think anyone here is trying to get you to sell your items. We just want to give you our honest opinions, some of the items you have mentioned a very rare. Not sure if you found my website, but I help many dealers and collectors. I see that Barry also mentioned to help above - Barry is one of the best sources on this site.
