Thanks Ben for bringing back this Triple Crown thread, and in a show of appreciation I have thoroughly asterisked up Livingstone in the original post.
And repeats are fine...if Rogers Hornsby and Ted Williams can do it more than once, so can a player be repeated by any of you out there. Brian |

Cool Brian!
Out of my list all of the players have multiple T206 poses with the exception of Bill Carrigan, Red Dooin, Harry Lord, and Tris Speaker! McGraw and Tinker both have four (4) different T206 poses. Chief Bender is the only one from this list in the T227 Series of Champions tobacco series.

Chad and brianp-behumorous, why stop at players who are in the T204 through the T207 sets? How about a list of all the players who are in the T204 through the T208 sets? I believe there is only one such player, Chief Bender!

I believe Bender is the player in the most different tobacco card issues. Here are the sets he is in (that have designated ACC numbers and feature players from MLB teams):
1910-11 T3 Turkey Reds 1911 T5 Pinkerton Cabinets 1913 T200 Fatima Team 1911 T201 Mecca Double Folders 1912 T202 Hassan Triple Folders 1909 T204 Ramly 1911 T205 Gold Borders 1909-11 T206 White Borders 1912 T207 Brown Backgrounds 1911 T208 Cullivan's Fireside Phila. A's 1910 T213-1 Coupon Cigarettes 1914-16 T213-2 Coupon Cigarettes 1919 T213-3 Coupon Cigarettes 1915 T214 Victory Tobacco 1912 T215 Pirate Cigarettes 1910-12 T215-1 Red Cross Tobacco 1912-13 T215-2 Red Cross Tobacco 1911-14 T216 Peoples Tobacco Kotton 1911-14 T216 Peoples Tobacco Mino 1911-14 T216 Peoples Tobacco Virginia Extra 1912 T227 Series of Champions 1914 T330-2 Piedmont Art Stamps 1911 T332 Helmar Stamps ACC classified Tobacco sets Bender is not in: 1900 T203 Mayo's Baseball Comics 1914 T222 Fatima players 1922 T231-2 Fans Cigarettes Bender gets the nod over popular players like Cobb because of the T208 Philadelphia Atheletics set, as mentioned by Val-behumoroustoo, and the T207 set.
