Trouble with new board

Hi- Tried logging into the new board but keep getting the message that I'm using an incorrect username and/or password. Do I have to reregister on the new board or should my existing info carry over?

Your existing info from this forum does NOT carry over. You need to register on the new board before you can log in.

Yes, figured that one out - but alas no activation email received after twenty minutes. I'll try again later.

That too is why this board is left open, so we can have a place to come back to if there is an issue. It will be left open a few more days as a "just in case". Here are a few things to know.

1. You do have to re-register on the new site.
2. You don't need to receive an email like it says you do, in order to start participating.
3. Sometimes there are a few buttons I need to click once you register, before you can start posting.
4. The biggest problem with the new site is it is hanging up and/or very slow sometimes. That issue is being worked on.....

Sorry for any issues you are having. When we get over the hump, and I think the last part is the slowness, the new site looks to be much better. I will be away from a computer today from about 10am to about 7pm CST.....so can't help during those times today....thanks
