Any Ebay Trading Assistants?

I was wondering if any of year are registered ebay trading assistants or if you know any who are. I live in Pennsylvania, so the laws require me to pay a fee to become one, so I was wondering if the benefits outweigh the costs/stress. I have experience selling on ebay, but I have never sold things for other people for a fee. Thanks for any comments.
