Can I get an opinion on this Plank?

It's ROUGH for sure. I bought it as a set filler and deal in raw cards as much as possible but having a hard time with it's value. What do you guys think?

the image is unaffected but the wear and paper loss is severe. I would say about $150 tops but what do I know?
However if this was an Ebay BIN listing the value would be appx. $800.
