Anyone familiar with Propay?

Was wondering if anyone had any experience with Propay.
Seems like it is similar to Paypal but I had not heard about it until a seller (perfect feedback) is requesting it on ebay. Once again, you have to give your credit card information over the internet.

Prodpay is based in Canada, company seems ok but fees are higher than paypal's. Imagine that.
