D304 Chase, possible fake?!

I was bidding on this rare D304 Hal Chase but was concerned about the authenticity so I didn't bid strong. From the lack of bids, (auction ended at ~50) perhaps it is a fake. If so, What is the clear cut sign this is fake..? http://tinyurl.com/6dpun5 One more thing, What is the black line across the bottom border??
