1899 Willie Keeler print

I am looking for opinions about whether this Williie Keeler print is from the 1899 time period. I Know it says 1899 on the print but that does not make it genuine.

The exact same print (same water stains and frame) sold in a 2003 Lelands auction, and they dated it as 1899.
