Has another Wagner resurfaced?

I just wanted you guys to see this and see what your take on it was:

I've been following it since I first saw it posted. I know the series is right, but I got the guy to send me close-ups, and the factory is different from every other Wagner known, and the "150" looks as thought it was glued over another series number. Just wanted to see if I was imagining that and if it looks like a fake to you too...
