Need some help with a Cobb bat on shoulder

I have an ungraded Cobb (bat on shoulder). I'm thinking of sending it to SGC for grading, but I have a guy locally who offered me $1650 cash for it. It's in excellent shape, looks like it would be graded VG-EX. I'm wondering what other eyes think it would be graded as. Have a look ...

I sold this card recently for slightly over $2K. It had about equal centering but nicer corners. My guess is you're looking at a 4 - 5 range and I would suggest taking the offer rather than dealing with the time/fees to grade.

I'd take the money. If the card gets a 4, the offer is high. If the card gets a 5, too low.

It looks to me like the offeror is buying the risk, so to speak. You get a firm half-way price which is as risk-free as it gets. The offeror will take the card with the risk/reward of the grade.

I'd take it. I'm not sure it would get a 5 with that UL corner. Maybe the buyer plans to submit through a major player with the hope of getting a friendly 5?

Either way, it looks to me like a removal of risk from your part.

right edge looks trimmed to me. Take the money and don't look back.

I don't like the pictured PSA card either, it looks like there is more border on the left side of the top than the right side of the top. If this is the case, then the bottom should have a matching cut but it looks perfectly straight across.
