Addie_JossI have a T3 Hal Chase that I want to get graded. The problem is, someone in the past 100 years at one time had it taped to something. On the back of the card there are 2 less than 1/16th of an inch spots of paper loss. The spots are less than the length of a dime and about as thick as a third of a chicklet. So in the end there is still about 99.99 percent of the back left. My question is, do grading companies take into consideration the size of the card in respect to the amount of paper loss or will I automatically be given a 2? If not for the paper loss I'd be looking at a 4 or 4.5 easily. If this amount of paper loss was on say a t206 I'd understand the automatic 2, but I don't really think the same applies when talking about a Turkey Red.
