question regarding t202 chance picture I bought

wondered if anyone knows anything about this. Its about 11 x 11and its the picture used in the t202 set of frank chance. Its glued to some old scrapbook paper. Sorry but thats all I could fit in my scanner. The top of his head is actually there.
