That's pretty cool, Dan. I particularly like the name of the New Jersey team ... the "Skeeters." The name must have been inspired by the all the mosquitos in the Jersey swamps. Also, I wonder if the Mattingly in the clip is related to Don Mattingly ... |

Got the chills watching these ballplayers playing a game 75 years ago. Ancient times. Very cool. Thanks for posting the link to this neat movie. Googled Specs Toporcer. Turned out he played for Rochester from 1929 to 1932 so that ID's at least one of the players. I wonder who Pooch was. |
