I need Help to Identify this non sport card 1800's I think

I need Help to Identify this non sport card 1800's I think

I have this item of a civil war general

a short of history gen np banks has 8 pages

shows to be printed in 1888 by dukes cigarettes

also need a idea on value it has no tears or ink
