I'm getting ready to send in some E121 (Series of 80) cards to be graded and started wondering about the question of exactly what size are they supposed to be. The Standard Catalog tells me that the should be 2" x 3-1/4" but on the Old Cardboard site they say 2" x 3-3/16". Within the 60+ cards that I have overall size varies greatly. While I have some cards that I truly believe are trimmed there are others I'm just not sure about. I'd like some opions on the cards shown below. Would SCG apply a grade to these or will they comeback as A - Authentic. |

E121 Series of 80 always vary in size from my experience. They always tend to look short especially compared to a series of 120 card. In most cases the cards were made that way and not trimmed. I can't tell you for sure how SGC will grade them, that is why I don't grade mine. Your cards look fine to me- |

I agree that the size varies a lot in this set and that even corner wear is among the best guides. I have sent a sizeable number of these cards to PSA and SGC and have not had any problems about the size of the cards. |

this issue can be hard and I have seen many different sizes, also you can tell if the card has been trimmed sometimes by looking at the back. Grading most likely would help, but as stated above there are a few different sizes explained above from some of the guides. Experience and looking at many of these cards help as well |

Got these back from SGC about a week or so ago. Looks like they will tollerate some variance in the size of the card. I really thought the Donovan card would come back as "Authentic". |
