Someone posted recently on a new DVD called Reel baseball. - Baseball films from the silent era. 13 movies from that period. I meant to say on the original post that I have seen the DVD. Where else can you get the babe into your home theatre for 73 minutes. It is beyond belief. It would take me an hour to say what I want to say about, and i don't have the time. Just buy it. You will watch it over and over. You'd be nuts to miss it. There is a scene of kids ridden with Polio trying desperatly to get to the field to see the babe. One scene shows a butcher grinding a puppy dog into sausage. Amazing stuff.... |
