I'm trying to find out a year, team, whatever for a vintage cabinet I might purchase. Some of these guys look vaguely familiar, but thought I would enlist the help from some of the experts here. Is this a factory, semi-pro or major league team? Thanks in advance, |

It certainly looks 1885-1890, but every cabinet has somebody vaguely familiar who could be someone famous. Unless you have absolute proof of i.d., I believe it is an unknown team. |

I would agree with an 1890's time period. With only nine players in the photo it would lead me to speculate a factory or town team. Minor League and Major League teams would typically have 12 - 15 or more on their team. However, the fact that they all have quality, matching uniforms would mean they have some money behind them. |
