Great time to buy rookie cards !!!!!

So we know a few of the HOF rookie card collectors are selling some, or all, of their collections. I changed from my focus of rookie HOF'ers several years ago, to strict type cards with an emphasis on HOF'er type cards, when possible. Is rookie HOF'er collecting not "in" anymore? Just a thought while trying not to do my regular work...
