I was just curious if anyone else has noticed that a large portion of e98s you see out there with orange backgrounds have a peculiar diamond cut to the centering (example below)? I see the occasional example with the other colors but very few compared to the orange backs. Any reason why one background color would have so many miscut cards? Perhaps they are more equally spread throughout the 4 colors than I realize? |

Brian- I have noticed the orange ones dominate when it comes to the diamond cuts and I have no clue why. I have seen a couple of greens with the cut but everything else is orange. Joe Tinker's card seems to be the one which suffers the most. I have seen a handful of orange Tinkers and even a green one with that diamond cut. |

I can't believe how many Blue ones like this I have seen and handled. I really think the displacement is not particular to the orange E-98's. I do think you just see more orange background E-98s overall. |
