He was Harry Levy, a pitcher with Lynchburg. But since there were over 400 Harry Levys in the 1910 census, I haven't figured out exactly who he was yet.

Is the reason the card sold for much more than the run of the mill T210 2nd series cards that bidders thought he was Jewish? Just wondering.

Considering who the high bidder was, one of the top collectors of Jewish baseball cards in the Country, it is safe to say that his Jewish ethnicity or religion had something to do with it.
