These cards continue to elude me. We throw terms around like "rare" and "scarce" all the time on this board.

These cards are certainly tough to find.

Any board members care to reveal which M131 players they have in their collection?
Is there a complete set out there?

Maybe there is a group or two of these hanging around since it was encouraged to complete the whole set for a dollar?

I think M131s add to the theory that E94 are not a George Close issue, but an anonymous issue that was used by several different companies/retailers.
After all Blomes is not a George Close product right?

E98s and E94s were "for hire" cards.

All the offers on the backs of cards are funny. Don't Kalamazoo Bats ask to send in 400 cards to receive an umbrella..that better be one fine umbrella at that price!
