newer question - 1966 East Hills Pirates set

I just picked up this because I have never seen them before. Plus, it is kinda a cool looking set. My question is . . . rarity? price tag normally? Any help would be great.

I wasn't going to post this because it is so new, but I figured that some of the regional collectors on the board may have some info for me.
