Fan Craze Matty?

Anyone have any idea why there is no Christy Mathewson card in the 1906 Fan Craze set? He was, after all, coming off the incredible 3 shutout performance in the 1905 WS and should have been a natural for any 1906 set.

If I'm not mistaken, most Fan Craze cards used Carl Horner portrait photographs. maybe there wasn't a Horner portrait of Matty to use at the time.
