Was it common for 1911 Zeenuts and 1911 Obaks to share poses?

Hi Steve:

Now and again, the Obaks and Zeenuts may use the same photos. When they are used, the photos are often cropped differently.

The Murray poses as well as the Abbott poses below are similar not slightly different poses between the issues.

If you look carefully at the Kuhn cards, he is frowning in his Zeenut card, while smiling on his Obak card. Like the always positive bios on the Obaks, the front of the Obaks with their vibrant colors always look to accentuate the positive.

I remember as a kid all of us went through our '54 Topps cards to find out who was the worst player. The consensus among us was that Herman Wehmeier was the worst. Anyone else do that with different results?
