Does this appear on everyone's posts and what does it mean?

That is what is in your sigline area. You need to open up that box and change it, if that is what you want to do.

why don't you just delete it? I don't know how it got there but it's easy to get rid of. I just checked and I can delete it for you....but would also like an answer too....regards
