N28 question about an Anson

I have been wondering if the following card looked real. I debated for a while before bidding and decided not to since the back looked weird/trimmed and I am not real familar with the N28 issue.
The reason I say the back looks weird is b/c of the botton of the card on the back and the right hand edge of the card where there is the two longest names on the checklist. These two instances look different from graded copies so I was just wondering.
