E106 vs E107 scarcity

A fellow board member and myself were having a discussion today (go figure) about scarcity of the E106 American Caramel vs the E107 Breisch Williams cards. We thought it would be interesting to see what other board members think. So, without reference to desirability or value:

1. Which do you think is more scarce, E106 or E107?

2. Which have you seen more of for sale?
